Our client is fast growing and successful managed IT services business delivering high availability IT support to mix of international customers including public and private sector.
This role will see you undertake a mixture of 1st/2nd line IT Infrastructure Support working across a range of Desktop and IT Infrastructure technologies providing first class customer service to clients by resolving technical issues.
Applicants will have an understanding of IT technology and preferably some IT support experience however the opportunity will develop your Multi-lingual IT Support career across the following technologies:
- Active Directory
- Windows 7/8.1/10
- Office 365
- Group Policy
- Back Up, antivirus, firewalls
- Any Server 2012/2016 of interest
