| Cell/ Team Manager (Manufacturing) Derbyshire To 35k plus 3.6k shift allowance Just been made redundant or redundancy on the cards? Want a fully autonomous job with a great organisation? My client are looking for 2 Cell Managers for their factory or packing operations to have responsibilities for the following: Financial • Accountable for the Cell / Shift associated costs : o People costs o Material / Packaging costs o Work In Progress & Finished Goods Geography / Machinery / Equipment • Manage a complete Cell, inclusive of all Floors, Walls and Ceilings – ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard. Also accountable for all Machinery and associated Process Equipment within the designated area. People • Cell / Shift / Area Team of between 10 and 100 in size, using the direct support of the Technical / Skilled Operators and Process Coaches to manage and influence the team. Materials & Products • All Raw Materials and Packaging which are stored and processed within designated Cell and the care associated with transferring the Finished Goods to the next customer stage. KPIs • In line with the QCDSP format, manage the Cell and potentially Shift related KPI’s which will be agreed between Factory Manager and Process Manager.
