We believe that first impressions are everything. In Office, Sales and Professional positions a smart professional appearance often makes the difference particularly in customer facing roles. So dress to impress!
Preparation is also key. Before going to interview research the company history, products and services and prepare a small number of questions for the interview. Access the company website and consult EMBS for help. Please note we cannot help jobseekers who are going to interviews independently of EMBS.
Do ask questions about the role, technologies, experience. Don't ask 'whats in it for me questions' i.e. What are the holidays, hours, training, pay revues etc.
EMBS have collated a selection of common interview questions. Please read through the interviews questions that are relevant to the role you are applying for. This is for guideline purposes only. It is unlikely that all the questions below will be used in the same interview.
